点评:There is a road to the entrance of the Mossy Forest, but it is steep and narrow so you can only approach with a 4WD. There are plenty of drivers around who will drive you there, doing stops of interest along the route (wild raspberries, pincher plants, rare cobra lily) and, once there, will walk you along the boardwalk pointing out things of interest (mainly herbal plants and different mosses). Our guide charged RM250 (3 people).
If you are British and it’s a cloudy day, I’d say don’t bother. We have loads of moss in the UK so it’s not as much of a novelty to us as it is to some of the other reviewers. However, on a sunny day the views really do look stunning.
The drive up through the tea plantations is a treat.
Avoid going anything other than very early on a Sunday, or you will be stuck for hours in the weekend traffic on the road through Tanah Rata and Brinchang.
