After what appeared to be a tense exchange between Sandra and the captain immediately following that, Sandra again changed the boarding time to closer to 7:00 and acted like she did not just provide me with a different time.
Once on board, we found that the crew had failed to remove furniture from the lower deck, despite my friend paying extra for it and us confirming the arrangement with Sandra during the walkthrough. When I asked the crew to remove the extra tables and chairs, they gave me attitude. Sandra was called and she claimed the conversation about the lower level furniture removal never happened. They eventually removed the furniture, but only after I reminded her of our specific discussion, providing a lot of details from the initial walkthrough. I was also met with attitude from a male crew member when I asked for the overflowing trash can to be emptied before guests arrived
The most shocking moment came when I tried to clarify the timing of a song with the captain. Despite our prior discussion, he was playing the entrance song early. When I kindly asked him to wait for my friend to board, he raised his voice and put his finger in my face pointing to me and stating, "I am only doing what you are asking me to do." This completely uncalled-for response was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Based on Sandra's repeated backtracking and the crew's unprofessionalism and poor attitudes, I would not recommend this company.
