点评：We just spent an absolutely incredible weekend at Callaway Resort & Gardens, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience.
We came for a very special “triple celebration”—my wife’s birthday, our wedding anniversary, and a babymoon before the arrival of our little one—and the entire team went far beyond anything we expected to make it memorable.
A huge thank you to Marjorie, the concierge, who deserves special recognition. From the moment she reached out before our arrival, she took such personal care in helping me make the weekend a surprise for my wife. She arranged thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including assisting in our booking for an incredible suite, extra pillows and amenities specifically for my eight-month-pregnant wife, a beautiful welcome amenity, a handwritten note from the General Manager, a special in-room breakfast, and a late checkout. It never felt like we were simply another reservation—Marjorie genuinely cared about making our weekend special.
Our suite was incredible. The extra space, beautiful setting, balcony, and overall comfort made it the perfect place to relax. After spending time at the pool and spa, it was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful room. The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out.
The pool was fantastic as well. It was exactly what we needed—a beautiful, relaxing place to spend the afternoon and enjoy some time together without feeling rushed.
We also had an amazing experience at the spa. A special thank you to Krystal, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and helped make our spa experience one of the highlights of the weekend. The men’s lounge at the spa was also an unexpectedly great touch. It was comfortable, peaceful, and felt like a true place to slow down and relax.
Our dinner at Piedmont Restaurant was another highlight. Beth was absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our meal. Her service and attention to detail really added to what was already a special evening. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but Beth’s hospitality is what stood out most.
We also want to thank Kit, who assisted in our care and experience during our stay. Kit was incredibly helpful, attentive, and personable, and we truly appreciated all the little things that helped make our weekend feel effortless.
What impressed me most about Callaway was that the experience never felt transactional. So many people genuinely seemed invested in making sure we had a wonderful time. We came expecting a nice weekend away, but we left feeling like we had been genuinely cared for and celebrated.
Callaway Resort & Gardens gave us exactly what we hoped for and then exceeded it. We are incredibly grateful to Marjorie, Krystal, Beth, Kit, and the entire team for helping us create memories that we will carry with us for a long time.
