点评：Disappointed. I planned a 60th birthday celebration for my husband. We had 30 people and as a result had to move to a larger room with a higher food and beverage minimum. I will comment that our one server, Abby was exceptional. One server for a group of 30 was a challenge. I could see guests with empty glasses. She was only one person, after all. Our event began at 6:00 pm with our guest of honor arriving at 6:30. We had an appetizer out for our guests which was not appealing. Our food arrived cold and not up to the standard I was expecting. The macaroni and cheese and the Caesar salad did not meet my expectations to serve 30 people. Again, it was the lack of service that had me disappointed most. Guests were waiting for service for quite a long time. It was the conclusion of the evening that had me extremely disappointed We were 15 minutes until the end of the event when Abby told me we were $500 from our minimum spend. My guess is the bartender knew we were not going to meet our minimum spend but no one told me until the end of the evening with 15 minutes remaining. Had I known, I would have e added more food. Lastly, I remember talking about a cake for our celebration. I was told that it was a $3.00 per person if we brought a cake in. I inquired about dessert options and wa told that Trillium had extensive desserts. When I inquired about our options I was told that it was cookies or brownies only. Again, added to my disappointment.
