The staff went over and above to help me locate a lost item. Amazing service, from housekeeping ,reception and security...you went over and above
Concierge always had a smile and a chat when we left the hotel, opening doors arranging transport.
Every member of the staff we interacted with were amazing .
Pool are is lovely ....water always on hand...covers on loungers before towels and staff immediately appear. Loads of life guards. Clean
Ice lollies and frozen drinks provided around the pool.
Pool side food was lovely.
We went half board and had a selection of the restaurants within the hotel we could use, but chose the buffet everytime....food and choice was anazing but its the staff that made it...thankyou you were amazing always helpful and smiling and thankyou for the card.
Room now lots of lovely soft towels comfy bed, turn down service best we've experienced.
What a wonderful hotel with the best staff.
Whatever you are doing carry on! Thankyou. Oh dont forget fab Rays bar too.

我们选择了半包餐服务，可以享用酒店内多家餐厅的美食，但我们每次都选择了自助餐……食物种类丰富且味道绝佳，而真正让体验增色的是工作人员——感谢你们，你们总是乐于助人、面带微笑；也谢谢你们送的贺卡。
房间里有许多柔软舒适的毛巾，床铺也很舒服，夜床服务更是我们所体验过的最佳服务。
