点评：We had an amazing time on our farm tour. Bella did a great job explaining the oyster's journey from farm to table. Island Creek has an incredible state of the art hatchery and nursery facility. We were able to view the entire process in the lab on our tour. After the tour we were had a very enjoyable boat ride on bay to see where the oysters grow and are harvested. The boat crew was excellent. They were very informative and very friendly. We had a perfect evening for a boat ride and were able to benefit from a booking snafu so we were the only two on the tour and ride. The crew shucked a crazy amount of oysters. We had plenty of laughs and we ate a large amount of oysters. They were all delicious!!! We have been a huge fan of Island Creek oysters for years and thoroughly enjoyed the Oyster Farm Tour and will plan to book another tour next season. Jeff M
