First, the transfer information on Expedia is inaccurate; the office is located inside the airport, not five minutes away. This caused unnecessary stress for us while carrying heavy luggage. This situation would be extremely difficult for elderly passengers, people with disabilities, or families with young children.
The tour itself (20/01/2026) was even more problematic. Our agent, Ramona, assured us of a 3:00–4:00 PM return, but once payment was collected, she became unresponsive.
On the day of the tour, the guide was unidentifiable and rude, and the coach arrived over an hour late. Despite a severe storm with heavy rain and wind—which led other companies to cancel their outings—SUPREME insisted on proceeding. When we called to request a refund due to the conditions and the delay, the staff were incredibly dismissive and rude, even blaming us for not "checking the weather." We returned to the UK unwell from the cold and exposure.
I cannot recommend this company due to their total lack of professionalism and safety considerations.
