点评：We visited Richard Hamilton winery as part of a wine tour for our friend’s 30th birthday and were initially excited to support a local business. We spent a significant amount of money here and expected a welcoming and respectful experience. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed when we found out that a staff member at this winery contacted staff at our next stop, chalkhill Wines and told them not to accept us. This winery decided to deny us service. At no point did staff at Richard Hamilton approach us or discuss with us any issues and chapel hill winery where we went next said we were very respectful and allowed us to enjoy their amazing wines.
To be judged and turned away like that — without any explanation or valid reason — was not only unprofessional but felt discriminatory. It’s incredibly disheartening to be treated this way, especially after being paying customers who came in good faith to enjoy and support the local wines.
