点评:Average trip. We arrived at approximately 1:30 pm and made our way towards the entrance of the museum. After paying the admission fee, we began to explore the site. The museum itself was extremely small and there was not much to see. There were several informational plaques that went into detail about the area and history of the mounds. There were also several artifacts out for display, along with a small gift shop and restroom located inside the museum. The museum took us less than 15 minutes to view. After exploring the museum, we made our way outside and waited for the guided portion of the tour to begin. The tour guide was extremely thorough and explained the history of the site and the importance of the mounds to the Native American culture. The tour guide was able to point out several important features of the mound and explained the significance of the shape along with the building process. The tour guide also went into detail about what the excavation process revealed about the site. The guided portion of the tour lasted roughly 1 hour. We then walked around the area for a little bit before heading back to our car.
Tip: I recommend spending 1.5 hours here if you truly want to see everything.

提示:如果您真的想看完所有内容,我建议您在这里花 1.5 小时。
