Disappointed for several reasons

点评：Unfortunately I have to give this a low rating. First, it was just two of us that went and it wasn't disclosed on their website that when it's just two people they charge more. I spoke to the receptionist when we got there and she said she can't do anything about it. Handed me a card with a phone number to call. On the phone they said they would refund the difference between the online web price that was shown and what they actually charged me. They could only pay me back via Zelle or PayPal. I gave them the info for Zelle but nothing showed up. I then emailed them and also gave PayPal info but still didn't get any transaction posted. Nor did they respond to my email.
The actual experience was just ok. I told the receptionist we were inexperienced (me a grandmother and my 11 year old grandson.). She said the beginner would be too easy and another maybe too physical so suggested an intermediate one. We only managed to get to the second room and got very frustrated. In the first room we used a hint (very obvious how to get the hint). In the second room expected the same way to get a hint but couldn't even figure out how to get a hint. So consequently failed miserably. Disappointing for the grandchild.
The VR experience is unique.
