Wonderful experience with Foot Trails even though I was unable to go on trip

点评：I have not yet been able to travel on a long-distance walk planned and coordinated by Foot Trails. Nonetheless, I am leaving this review because I am extremely impressed with their prompt and personal communication, as well as with their individualized and thoughtful trip planning.
For each of the past two years, I have contacted Foot Trails by email, hoping to plan a walking trip in SW England. Both times, Foot Trails responded promptly and professionally with great information, asking pertinent questions about what I was looking for in a trip (lengths of hikes, lodging preferences, interests, etc). This year, they created a personalized itinerary for me that I was delighted with.
Unfortunately, on both occasions that I reached out to Foot Trails, I was unable to follow through on my travel plans (or hopes) for personal reasons. Despite having put in all the effort to help me plan those trips, Foot Trails remained understanding, encouraging, and willing to work with me again in the future.
I cannot stress highly enough how great it is has been to work with this organization. Given the other wonderful reviews that Foot Trails receives by people who have actually been on their self-guided walks, I hope that I will actually be able to use their service in the future.
