I purchased tickets for 4 people, which included the chairlift up and down, the bridge, and the Sky Walk. At 11:30, we were informed that the Sky Walk was closed due to weather conditions. We were told that it was expected to reopen at 1:00 PM. However, at 1:00 PM the attraction was still closed, and we were then told it might reopen at 2:00 PM, which meant more waiting with no certainty.
The most frustrating part was the information provided by the staff member at the ticket window. She suggested that if we did not want to wait, we could file a complaint and receive a refund. This turned out to be false — our complaint was rejected, and no refund was granted.
Additionally, it is completely unacceptable that tickets are sold for attractions that are currently closed. Even worse, at the self-service ticket point at the bottom, the Sky Walk was displayed as open, which was not true, as the attraction was in fact closed at that time. This is clearly misleading for customers.
The place itself is beautiful, but the organization, communication with visitors, and handling of complaints are very poor. Considering the high prices, tourists deserve accurate information and fair treatment. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit.
