点评：I was given a gift certificate for catering a friend's retirement party. I was looking forward to spending a night of relaxation and restoration. I put the certificate in a safe place and vowed to find the perfect time to book it. I went on with my life and ended up exiting retirement and getting hired to be a Postal Delivery Driver. Forgot all about my gift. When I finally came up for air and realized I had a gift certificate to a hot springs waiting, I found out the certificate had expired by a couple of months. I contacted management thinking that this would be no big deal as the company was not inconvenienced. I was WRONG! WITHOUT a second thought they denied honoring the certificate. Are you sure you want to stay at a resort that treats customers that way??? If it sounds good to you, this is your place...
