点评：Beautiful golf course, maintained to a high standard, with clear upgrades since I last played a few years ago.
The core issue lies entirely with the club’s administration. There is no effective control or oversight of the caddie system—no visible caddie master, no structure, and no disciplinary framework. It operates as a free-for-all.
It is not uncommon for intoxicated individuals to approach players offering caddie services, with no confirmation they are affiliated with the club. This reflects a complete breakdown in management, not a lack of uniforms.
There is also a recurring and well-known problem of theft. Within our own four-ball a 7 iron was taken, and discussions with members confirmed this is not an isolated incident. The current environment makes employing caddies a material risk to personal equipment.
The behaviour and condition of many caddies indicates a lack of discipline, often involving alcohol, which again points directly to administrative failure.
Additionally, the driving range is poorly maintained and does not match the standard of the course.
Overall, while the course itself is excellent, the failures in caddie management and basic facility upkeep require urgent correction.
