点评：We rented 4 bikes which were all specialty bikes. We paid for delivering to trailhead. We were told they forgot. Waited 1.5 hours for the bikes to be delivered. Tricycle bike unrideable so switched to regular 2 wheel bike. Light on bike weak and had to get off to walk, use cell phone light to get through 1.5 mile tunnel. Then the tricycle bike had a flat tire half way down trail. Then waited more than 2 hours for bus ride back. Did fix tire when at top of hill before went through the 1.5 mile tunnel. Then the light on my bike went completely black. Again, light on bike went completely black. Again, had to walk to get through tunnel again until someone came by and finally replaced my batteries. It was a very frustrating day. The bikes were substandard and not worth what they charge. Would not recommend using this vendor. And of course no refunds. Very shoddy management.
