Interesting, not groundbreaking
CORPUS 'journey through the human body'的点评
点评:The museum presents 7th/8th Grade level Biology lessons about the human body through 3D movies, walkable chambers and narration through audio guide.
It is an hour-long guided tour that starts at the knee, travels through the stomach, intestines, liver, heart, mouth, ears, eyes and ends at the brain. No info on skin or bones, which I thought was a significant gap.
The narration is simple and good enough and the exhibits are presented in an interesting and interactive way. But if you are an educated adult hoping to learn something new, you will be disappointed. It is more geared towards older kids.
After the guided tour, you can proceed to the interactive section of the museum and explore games, exhibits, optical illusions and experiments spread over 4 levels at your own pace. Nothing remotely groundbreaking but could still fill another 45-60 minutes. Some of the games were not working but there was no member of staff around to point this out to.
There is of course a cafe and a shop selling overpriced generic stuff.
Overall not a bad way to spend a couple of hours if you are with kids of the right age.
