点评:I was very disappointed. Obviously, this used to be a very nice museum, and on topic, but it has been captured by woke critical race theorists.
The first exhibit, almost every single plaque mentioned slavery. It quickly became a game to me where I would start reading and just skip to the part where it said "slavery" or "enslaved". At the end of the exhibit are several very off topic presentations of 1960s civil rights and 2019 "Equity, Justice, and Empowerment for all WOMXN" (I am not making this up, see attached photo).
The end exhibit features a bunch of terrible modern paintings showing contempt for America and its ideals.
There is some good stuff in the middle, but this museum is halfway to being flipped to a monument to social justice, which is a very very bad thing.
