We had such an amazing time at the poolside cabanas in Amber Cove. I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Natalie and Jairo for the second year in a row—and I was truly impressed that they remembered me from last year! Considering how many guests they serve, that personal touch was exceptional.
Natalie and Jairo are the cabana servers, and they were absolutely outstanding. They anticipated our needs, never missed a beat, and made sure we had everything we could possibly want—and more.
We were also delighted to meet Jose, their supervisor, and had the opportunity to personally express our gratitude for the fantastic service.
