Pagonis Tours的点评
点评：We booked the “Fast Line” to Oia with shuttle service provided by Pagonis Tours, at their kiosk, while waiting in the long line for the Fira cable car, and at first it seemed like a great idea. The boat transfer itself was actually very nice—a pleasant 20-minute ride, clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the bus transfers were a nightmare. We waited over 30 minutes each time to be picked up. The brochure promised shuttle buses leaving Oia for Fira every hour on the hour, but that simply wasn’t the case. There was no communication from the staff—just repeated “10 more minutes” whenever anyone asked. To make matters worse, the bus we finally boarded had a broken rear window.
There were no apologies for the delays and employees just shrugged, saying they “just work here” and that complaints needed to go to management.
Overall, while the boat ride was fine, the lack of reliability, professionalism, and basic communication made this service very disappointing. Would not recommend unless the company seriously improves its organization and customer care.
