湯瑪斯·愛迪生國家歷史公園的点评
点评：I loved seeing Thomas Edison’s laboratory. There are 2 sites - the laboratory and his mansion/estate. The mansion is only accessible with a ticket which you can get online prior to your visit. We did not do the mansion tour, but we did visit the grounds. It was neat seeing the exterior of the home. It is located in a gated community, so you do need an entry pass obtained from the park’s visitor center (located at the laboratory site). The lab site has several different buildings. We did ranger talks in 2 of them. They provided a lot of information that otherwise was not posted. There is an audio guide available as well. I enjoyed learning about Edison’s inventions and the process. If you like history, it is worth a visit if you’re in the area! This was an impromptu visit for us on a trip to New Jersey.
