点评：We have used this company for the past 5 years. Everything has been fine until this trip. We ordered fishing and dive gear. When we arrived on our boat the gear had already been delivered. I noticed that the rods did not have a cable to attach them to the boat to keep them from falling overboard. I went to their office to ask for one and the advised me they don’t do that anymore. As luck would have it- we got in rough seas and a rod bounced out of the holder never to be seen again!! We now get to buy them a new rod. The second issue is they are charging us $45 per regulator for not having the dust caps screwed in. We had no idea this was an issue as we weren’t there when they delivered the gear. $45 each seems like a ridiculous amount and they were VERY confrontational about it. To the point of it being uncomfortable. The third issue is that they didn’t pick up our pool noodles. They called a couple of hours later saying they were going to charge us for the noodles if we didn’t walk back to the boat and bring them to them. We will not be using them on our future trips. I urge you to use Google as there are other companies in the BVI that you can use. We have not had problems in the past. I’m not sure if they have had an ownership/management change but we will definitely use a different company next year.
