Green Farm Spa & Retreat的点评
点评：As per email sent and as yet not had a response so will be making arrangements for a debt collection company we use to recover monies as a matter of urgency , if I add the email sent you will see the issues the hen party encountered.
Dear Martin
Further to our telecom I confirm as follows:
1) I am disgusted by your aggressive nature towards my daughter and her friends on site.
2) I am disturbed by the uncleanliness of the whole property (photos taken of all kitchen equipment and the barn in general.
3) As advertised on Instagram and retreat the lake was meant to be used as wildlife pond swimming video updated 16 hours ago .
4) Aggressive behaviour regarding non usage of hot tub .
5) yoga Instructor never turned without any notice whatsoever.
6) The oven needs replacing as not in good working order especially to cater for larger parties.
7) The downstairs toilet does not work properly keeps on back filling so a drainage issue outside needs dealing with.
8) sleeping arrangements was paid for to ensure all guests slept separately, this was not the case and am disgusted by this.
As the father of the bride I wanted this to be a perfect experience but this has been taken away from the build up to the wedding. The guest you have had are all professional people ranging from 5 school teachers to two police offices and more .
For this to end in a sensible conclusion before I personally take legal action I request a non negotiable 50% refund .
I’m devastated that you as a company have ruined the start of the build up to the wedding. and would prefer not to review this weekend as will not be a pleasant one , I have requested personal statements from all guests.
We will persue this debt accordingly as not getting a response from owner.

作为新娘的父亲，我希望这是一次完美的体验，但婚礼筹备期间却遭遇了这样的变故。你们接待的宾客都是各行各业的专业人士，包括5位教师、2位警官等等。
为了妥善解决此事，在我个人采取法律行动之前，我要求贵公司退还50%的费用，且不接受任何协商。
贵公司毁掉了婚礼筹备的开端，我感到非常痛心。我不想在这个周末进行任何评价，因为这注定不会是一个愉快的周末。我已经要求所有宾客提供个人陈述。
由于没有收到贵公司的回复，我们将依法追讨这笔欠款。
