Our private driver Zamroni was an absolute highlight: always friendly, helpful, and professional. For every activity, a guide was waiting for us, and each one of them was incredibly kind, passionate, and welcoming. They truly made every experience even more special.
During the Rinjani trekking experience, everything was also perfectly arranged. While others had to pay extra for equipment such as hiking poles, jackets, and gloves, everything was included and ready for us. This allowed us to fully focus on the challenge and enjoy the breathtaking experience.
The communication throughout the entire trip was excellent. There was always someone available to answer questions, and we always felt supported and well taken care of.
