点评:Excellent customer service. As you can imagine it is not easy to arrive get the briefing, walk through of the boat, make sure everything works and Fix everything before you sail away as soon as possible. They did it. We arrived late afternoon on Saturday. tons of boat all trying to get settle and ready to leave on Sunday morning. They had a late briefing on Saturday, we did the walkthrough that evening also. We identified that the generator was not starting, the water maker was not working. We were told that the technicians had gone home for the evening and that they will be back tomorrow 8am.
We thought it would delay our departure. the next day we checked with customer service and asked them about our issues. They told us they were aware of our issues and that the technician will be there shortly. Hundreds of people are supposed to be leaving that morning they probably have issues too. I wasn't even sure if we would be able to leave that day.
Technician came on and it took about an hour to fix the generator and water maker.
We left Tortola at 9:30am
