Fabulous..!! Third time with Napton Narrowboats.

点评：This was our third boating holiday with Napton Narrowboats and despite the inclement weather for part of the week, as well as having to clear the prop of unmentionable debris in Birmingham, twice to be precise, it has been an amazing week navigating the Warwickshire Ring.
We knew it was going to be a long journey but with careful planning to moor up at the end of the day near a lovely pub or a stunning view for a canal side bbq, the best part was falling asleep for a well earned rest in the amazing cross double king size beds.
We had a crew of 6 on Jessica, an 8 berth 70’ boat, and although it wasn’t brand new, it was extremely well equipped and even had a welcome bottle of champagne and other treats waiting for us.
Our only disappointment was the route through Birmingham, it had to be done in a day for safety reasons, in the rain and dodging the litter filled locks was somewhat unpleasant.
However, this was our chosen route and in no way is a criticism of the hire company, more so the idiots that think a canal is a dumping ground.
We were handsomely rewarded for our perseverance by not only meeting many friendly boaters along the way but also the stunning countryside The Ring has to offer and the amazing assistance from numerous CRT volunteers at locks along the way.
We would all be definitely back to Napton Narrowboats.
