点评：My parents stayed at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in June, and the experience was so exceptional that they made the decision to return just three months later in September — even changing their original holiday plans to come back to the same hotel.
From the moment they arrived, the customer service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, attentive and hardworking, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make my parents’ holiday extra special.
During their first stay, the hotel kindly upgraded their room, which was such a wonderful surprise and made their experience even more memorable. They also went out of their way to celebrate my parent’s birthday with a beautiful birthday cake and a personalised photo card. These thoughtful touches meant so much to my parents and showed just how much care the team puts into creating special experiences for their guests.
What really stood out was that the exceptional service felt genuine and personal. Every member of staff they encountered was warm, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. My parents felt incredibly well looked after throughout their stay and came home with such wonderful memories that they simply had to return.
The fact that they changed their original holiday plans and chose to come back to the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental only three months later says everything about how much they enjoyed their first visit.
