点评:What can I say, I just had to go back for my fourth baking class at the Abergavenny Baker and still came away having had a blast. I bake bread a lot, which is a new thing, from being sent on a bread making day with Rachael as a gift a few years back. Italian, French, Scandinavian and British. They have all given me something new to chew on, literally!
The classes feel relaxed but I’m always amazed at how much bread Rachael manages to guide you in making. Take a big sturdy bag to transport your goodies home.
I can’t recommend these classes enough. It’s a great way to do something creative, meet new people, even if you are with a friend, and you don’t have to be a baking fiend to enjoy it. Oh, and you get to eat a lot of fresh bread.
