点评:We have family trip to Japan in July 19 2023. Everything was good until July 22 about 5:30pm. We recharged our Jr cards ($3000/each card) at Asakusa line M18. There was something wrong with the system, red light was on when we scanned cards. We used translation text to asking people working at that spot for help , they said we have to go back to upstairs to ask someone. We went upstairs, the man there told us to go to the gate because he couldn’t handle this problem. We kept going to upstairs and looking for the gate. Then we saw young man work there,
he didn’t said anything , he took our cards and check how much in there, then with bad attitude he yelled at us
“ Go, go, go “. But we didn’t know where we should go. Then he ignored us and help next people, even though only 3 people in line. The couple behind us , they saw what happen , they stoped and ask us the story. Then we told them the problem we have but they couldn’t help any because they are also travelers. That is the worst experience we ever had. We don’t know what was wrong with the man working at the spot, but with his job he could have that bad attitude to travelers. If he didn’t want to help us he could call someone working there. We still have 10 more days in Japan. We hope everything will be good. The reason we are here because we love your country. Don’t destroy travelers ‘s trip with bad services.
