Calm, Quiet, Soulless
St. George's Park的点评
点评：This is a soulless hotel but don't let that put you off if you value a quiet, calm environment. When you enter the reception area you'll think you've arrived at the HQ of a large insurance company. The staff are friendly and helpful and will quickly accommodate most requests. We have stayed many times and would recommend a premium room. On our recent visit we noticed the carpet obviously needed vacuuming (unusual) - this was attended to quickly. The beds are comfortable and of a good size, decor is a little sparse and utilitarian but perhaps most folks staying here are "sporty" (it is the home of English football having 12 pitches in its 300 acres). Breakfast is excellent and worth the £16 (if paid for on arrival). The area around the hotel is rural (apart from the football pitches) and views from certain rooms are lovely. All in all a comfortable well managed hotel offering a good night's sleep but not for those seeking "cosy country" - that's deliberately not the vibe here but as long as you know that you are unlikely to be disappointed with your stay.
