**Excellent private tour, especially if you need help at short notice**

点评：I contacted George only five days before our Yarra Valley trip. We already had a truffle experience booked, but other tour operators were unavailable or had not properly responded. George replied the same day with a clear plan and immediately gave us confidence.
He was punctual, friendly and very professional. His van was immaculate, comfortable and smoothly driven. Nothing felt rushed.
When the truffle experience ran longer than expected, George contacted all our wineries and rearranged the tastings without stress or drama.
Later, we discovered that we had left a bag containing our passports, credit cards and cash at one of the venues. George knew exactly whom to call, drove back while we continued our next tasting, and recovered it for us. That alone tells you what kind of person he is.
The best surprise came at the end. He noticed that my wife loved animals and made a small detour to an area where wild wallabies sometimes appear. We found them, and it became one of our favourite moments of the trip.
George is organised, thoughtful, knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. Highly recommended, particularly for anyone looking for a reliable private tour operator who can handle changes and unexpected problems.
