Treetops Activity Centre的点评
点评：Absolutely ridiculous experience at Treetops today.
We’ve been taking our son there for years, easily tens of visits, and have spent a huge amount of money with them over that time. Today, however, they refused to let him in because he had face paint on.
At a children’s play centre.
You honestly couldn’t make it up.
Rather than apply a bit of common sense to a harmless child with face paint, they chose to turn away a long-standing customer. We left, went to another local soft play and he was welcomed straight in without a single comment.
So Treetops have managed to lose years of future business from us over one completely absurd rule. Between visits, food, drinks, parties and everything else, that decision will likely cost them thousands of pounds in future custom.
We certainly won’t be back.
If this is genuinely how Treetops wants to treat families who have supported the business for years, there are plenty of other local soft play centres more deserving of the money.
