点评:We booked an all day trip from Albuquerque to Chaco Canyon. Our tour guide, Tam, literally lives to do tours to Chaco Canyon where she served three years as a ranger there and has visited countless times. She greeted eight of us at 7:15 AM, drove us round trip to Chaco (340 miles), and walked us through the major sites. I asked a lot of questions not just about Chaco but her life away from Chaco. She answered all of them which is a lot to ask for a five hour drive. The last twenty miles are on very shock absorber killing unpaved road. The tour includes a steel water bottle, breakfast parfait or pastries, box lunch, and snacks. Chaco Canyon is an amazing place which is almost impossible to believe that some walls have been there since the 800s. Yes, add it to your bucket list. Watch the videos on Chaco Canyon to fortify your preparation. And there aren’t too many tour groups that will go from Albuquerque to Chaco using there van. So yes, it is worth it.
