点评：We arrived shortly after the park opened on a sunny day. We did the paddle boats first and the boat that we chose was broken; the switch for the rudder was not connected properly and it didn’t steer. The worker at the time, Ben, was very helpful and switched the boat for us and was very friendly and understanding. For those of you who knew the park before this year, the castle and the forest to the left has been removed. There is now a clearing of dirt instead. We continued down the path and went into the newly named “Confusion Ridge”. It contained many of the structures from the previous forest. The topsy turvy cabin was the same as usual; a unique experience that tests your balance, however the rocket ship was closed. The puzzle games (greatest adventure, I believe) were good, but one of the locks didn’t have enough battery to open the door with the correct code. We then Went to the mirror maze experience, which was pretty cool, and the swamp hut, but the old witches cave (also previously in the forest) was relocated next to it and was also closed. We continued to the barn and saw some animals, but the chicken show, where chickens should raise from wooden boxes and tell jokes, was broken. The roller coaster was very fun, but the pirate ship was also not working correctly, with hardly any of the buttons inside working and the slide was closed. We brought a lunch and it was great that they had a shaded hut to eat in near the entrance. The water slides and the pool/loungers were amazing for our afternoon. Overall, it was a good experience. I could tell that they were working hard to renovate, but there is a lot to complete and only a portion is done. I would recommend that they hire more maintenance to complete the renovations faster and fix the attractions in disrepair.
