点评：Went with my partner for a trip to Lacock Abbey and to walk around the village. Thoroughly enjoyed the abbey, but visiting this shop was such a disappointment. We went in just to have a look and we liked the look of the products on display and as it was a bit pricier than we expected I took a photo of the brand so I would remember what the items we were after were called so we can come back again to purchase said items. The owner (I assume that was the man behind the counter today) just said no photographs and that was fine but then told me to delete the photos which again is fine but the tone we were spoken to in was just so rude, I committed no crime, wasn’t rude, wasn’t malicious and had no intent with the photos other than to remind us of what we liked. Not everyone is going to be chipper and friendly but the way he spoke to us left my partner quite upset as we’re not children and felt we were “told off” for really nothing that justified it. If you don’t want people taking photos of your products on sale, even though you have a website that has the same items, just stick a sign up saying so. We didn’t need any of the attitude. Won’t get customers that way, just disappointed
