While we believe her name is Izzy (a wonderful mixed-race young woman), she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive to all of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was exceptionally good with children of all ages, maintaining a very warm and smiley attitude throughout the entire event.The food she served was brilliantly presented, and everything was kept immaculately clean and hygienic. Because Izzy looked after us so well and was so incredibly attentive, all of the parents were able to fully relax, catch up, and enjoy plenty of great coffee, which was also served beautifully.It was a fantastic way to host a party, and we would highly recommend your venue to others purely because of the outstanding experience Izzy provided. Employees like her make a massive difference, and we truly appreciated her hard work. Please pass along our sincere thanks and recognition to her. A brilliant place!!!
