The organisation of collecting and returning the bikes and snorkelling equipment to this company was abysmal. It was as if the company decided 'How can we make this experience as disorganised as possible?'
The location for pick-up was easy to find. Upon arriving at the site we were greeted by horrendous queues, despite pre-ordering our equipment. We did have a separate line for pre-orders vs walk-ins; however, each queue was filtered in to one massive group of chaos and confusion. It took about an hour for every person in the building to filter through two staff who were checking the barcodes on the bikes (which were uncomfortable).
The staff were most unhelpful when asked a question, preferring to bark responses most rudely. My husband asked where the straps were located that we had been advised were at the exit. A staff member briefly gestured to some old bicycle inner tubes and snapped 'over there'. Overall it had the feel of a very amateur setup, with poor flow in terms of customers moving through the process. Expect about an hour for pick up.
