Mixed Experience – One Great Trip, One Disappointing One

点评：We booked two private transfers with Octopus Transfers Croatia.
Our first trip from Zagreb to Split via Plitvice Lakes with Dario was absolutely wonderful! He was polite, friendly, and very calm. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole journey felt safe and enjoyable.
However, our second trip from Split to Dubrovnik with Damir was quite the opposite. He drove very fast, which made us feel unsafe and even car sick. When we asked for a short toilet break (around 10 minutes), he told us afterward that he needed to hurry because he would be late for his next customer. This made us feel uncomfortable and pressured during the rest of the trip.
It seems like the company’s scheduling could be better managed to allow drivers enough time between transfers and to ensure passengers can travel safely and comfortably without feeling rushed.
Overall, one excellent driver and one disappointing experience — so I would recommend the company only if they can maintain consistent service like the first trip.
