An amazing local Uzbekishtan tour group to support

点评：I did an 8-day private tour in Uzbekishtan organised by Minzifa group. They were a small tour agency run by the local people and based in Bukhara. It wasn't easy to find them on google and we were only made aware of them with our AI's help. We were two females from Australia wanting to explore safely and at our own pace.
Minzifa definitely exceeded our expectations with their warm and reliable welcoming and details to attention. We had a whatsapp chat where we could reach for support and communication anything we needed, even late at night. We did ran into trouble with our money at the ATM machine in Sarmakand and had to involve the police and the guide and tour group jumped in with their prompt and constant support for us.
Tour schedule was closely monitored and adjusted accordingly. Everything felt very personal and they actually cared for you and your needs. The hired local guides were knowledgeable or their regions. We generally spent the day 6-7 hours on a guided tour and had the afternoon free to explore ourselves and did lots of shopping or eating with the guides' recommendation.
Overall a pleasant experience and would highly recommended to anyone looking for a small tour group that provides excellent services at a reasonable price.
