Nice site but could do better.
Lilliardsedge Golf Course的点评
点评：Weekend with my family and grandson. POD with hot tub for four persons.
POD was lovely no complaints. Hot tub was cold first day which we reported to reception the next day and the hot tub guy came and turned it up so it was lovely after that.
Nice clean site but not a lot for kids on site, bouncy castle and slide out as new park being built.
A couple of little walks on site but not enough to keep you busy.
The tavern bar decent food but an odd set up.
No Sunday breakfast/ lunches only a carvery from noon which is when it opens!
Who wants a carvery at noon on a Sunday?
No other eating options as takeaway closed too.
We hadn’t booked for the carvery as we didn’t know there were no other options.
When we arrived at 5pm staff member on booking told us there were no tables available and carvery stopped at 6pm with no other options for eating.
We asked what she recommend we do as we had my 8 year old grandson to feed too.
All she suggested was a Chinese or kebab shop in Jedburgh. We don’t eat either and couldn’t drive as we’d had a Prosecco each too.
I then asked if she could do takeaway carvery and she agreed this was an option and booked us to go up to carvery counter at 545pm.
Why did I have to suggest this??
Really unhelpful with no customer service skills.
Also check in is 4pm and check out 9am!!! This needs looked at.

我们下午5点到达时，预订处的工作人员告诉我们没有空位了，烤肉自助餐6点就结束了，没有其他用餐选择。
我们问她有什么建议，因为我们还要喂我8岁的孙子。
她只建议去杰德堡的中餐馆或烤肉店。我们都不吃中餐或烤肉，而且因为每人都喝了一杯普罗塞克，所以不能开车。
然后我问她能不能帮我们买外卖烤肉，她同意了，并帮我们预订了下午5点45分去烤肉柜台。
为什么还要我主动提出这个建议？？
真是太不热情了，完全没有服务意识。
而且入住时间是下午4点，退房时间是早上9点！！！这需要改进。
