点评：What a fabulous holiday. Linda put together a food and cooking tour for the two of us squeezed in to 4 nights. Our adventure began in Marrakech where we embarked on a food tour in the madina, sampling local food and drink, cooked pastilla (sweet pigeon pie) and visited the main sights. Next stop was the Atlas Mountains cooking tagine over a wood fire in a village house, then on to a beautifully converted traditional home for the evening. The final stop was Essaouira, making sweet treats, before relaxing in our Raid. Our driver Mohamed was excellent and made sure we got to where we should be and we couldn’t have done the trip without him. Many of our activities and visits were in collaboration with collectives, work and training initiatives so you do feel as if your ‘tourism’ is adding rather than taking away. I cannot recommend Linda and her team more highly.
