Typhoon Texas Waterpark的点评
点评：I do not usually write reviews, butI need to let you know that this waterpark is only interested in a profit. I had read the reviews here and on other sites that said Typhoon Texas has shockingly unfair business practices that benfit them with no concern for their customers. They changes policies, do not offer rain checks or refunds under any circumstances , and are not meeting safety standards.
Even though I had seen many others leave reviews about this, we still bought our tickets online and traveled a couple hours to spend the day at the park.
When we arrived, they announced it was a "special event day" and the tickets we had purchased online would not work. I waited for over an hour in the sun, with several other upset customers, to see what our options were.
Unfortunately, we were told that our (expensive!) tickets could not be refunded and that it was their right to change their admission policies at any time. I shared my concern that they had not printed this on their website. The sole teenager who was trying to help the long line of upset families, said that she had no power to do anything.
As we walked back to our car, I heard the complaints and outrage from the other families still waiting in line in the Texas heat in July (no shade).
I don't want you to end up in a similar situation of frustration with no voice and no refund (and no shade!), so here is your warning. This waterpark is dangerously only interested in profit. Our experience was frustrating, but we heard the complaints of unsafe practices inside the park. Buyer beware! Typhoon Texas does not value your safety, sanity, or family's experience.
