点评：Hair go new lynn - worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. New Lynn store. First time having hair done at a salon and never again. Asked for light brown, got almost black, also very patcy, told her it was too dark was told it will settle down, went back next day asked them to fix it, they charged me another $100 which under the consumers act they are not allowed to do. Put a wash through my hair which did nothing but totally wrecked it, made it extremely dry like straw. Refused to refund me the $100 they charged me to "attempt" to fix it that they were not allowed to charge me for on the first place, with owner getting very nasty, Was told "that was what I asked for". Avoid this place completely, absolute nightmare. Disgusting service to be honest.
Paid $200 for the worst day of my life.
