Saturday Morning tasting
Smith and Evans Somerset Wine的点评
点评：What a wonderful way to spend a beautiful Saturday morning in the Vineyard belonging to Smith and Evans.
We were greeted by the owner who has developed this stunning Vineyard with his wife.
We followed the self guided tour which gave us lots of information in relation to the owners and the vineyard.
We were also lucky to be guided around the Vineyard by Bert the four legged expert !
We were also able to get a peek at the Farmers Highland Cows ..
Following the self guided tour (£7) which then included tastings of 3 varieties of the grapes (1 rose) (1 Sparkling) (1 award winning Chardonnay)
We sat under the Sun Parasol sipping the delicious wines while being guided through the making from the growing of the different grapes ,to the harvest and finishing at the bottling of these fabulous British /Somerset wines.
We ended our visit by purchasing a bottle of the Chardonnay,we said our goodbyes to Bert and our host ...

我们坐在遮阳棚下，细细品味着这些美味的葡萄酒，同时听讲解员介绍了从葡萄种植、收获直至装瓶的完整酿造过程——这一切都造就出了这些出色的英国/萨默塞特地区出产的佳酿。
最后，我们买了一瓶霞多丽葡萄酒作为纪念，随后向伯特以及热情的主人道别……
