点评：I highly recommend Ben's Buses, and I have used their services many times in the last few years. My first experience with them was when one of their agents 'rescued' us in Val Thorens after another company left us stranded there (they kept sending messages of hourly delays and we had a flight to catch, which we did thanks to Ben :-). As everybody travelling to the Alps knows, arriving in Geneva is often quite chaotic, and the return journeys can be made complicated because of the traffic on Saturdays. Ben's bus always keeps you informed and their agents, both at the airport and resorts (we normally stop at Bourg St Maurice) are super helpful and friendly, often dealing with the complexities of bad weather or flight changes and delays. And, in Geneva's office, Matt will always respond to messages. Thanks ever so much for making the journeys easier and less stressful.
