5* transfer to and from ski resorts from Geneva airport

点评：We used Bens bus transfer between Geneva airport and Les Arcs ski area via Bourg St Maurice (BSM) over Easter 2026.
The booking process was easy to follow, although a bit cumbersome at times as looking at different options meant constantly refilling in data on flight arrival times/airline company etc.
Before arriving in Geneva a detailed email was received, confirming the transfer, indicating where to find the transfer desk and what to do if there were flight delays.
The people “manning” the transfer desk in the airport were extremely courteous and helpful.
The actual bus transfer to Bourg St Maurice was punctual and without issue and there was a smaller van waiting at BSM which carried on up to Les Arcs 1600 UCPA/1950 and 2000.
Similarly for the return a confirmation email was sent a few days before the transfer. The timing for the pick-up was “spot on” and the drive to Geneva was fluid. Extra time had been built into the ETA at the airport to allow for traffic delays.
All drivers were competent, friendly and helpful with storing luggage.
A representative from Bens Bus was on the spot in BSM to facilitate the changeover from the smaller vehicle to the coach to the airport. There was obviously a very good information flow between the team at the airport and the representative on the ground in BSM.
All in all an excellent service from start to finish which I will use again and recommend to others.
