点评:Terrible experience. I paid £79 yesterday for a Hydrafacial that has left me with dark bruising on my face - see picture. To make matters worse, the salon was extremely rude when I called to complain.
I sent an email with pictures and called to complain. A woman picked up the phone and I explained the situation. As soon as I said I wanted a full refund, a man who said his name was John took the phone, became instantly aggressive on the phone, told me this was “normal” and when I explained it was not normal (I’ve been having hydrafacials for years), he told me it might be “a problem with my skin”. I said I was extremely disappointed and he said “you can be as disappointed as you like”.
When I pushed for a refund, the woman on the phone told me that the boss was away and she would give me a 50% refund “out of her own pocket”. I said it shouldn’t be from her pocket, it should be covered by insurance. The man said “we’re not talking about what insurance we have”.
Extremely unprofessional. The therapist who gave the treatment was really lovely, and I don’t think she did this deliberately, but my face is bruised regardless. I have received no apology from the clinic, and was treated appallingly by the man on the phone. I still demand a full refund for the other 50% of my payment. It’s safe to say these are NOT luxury facials and this salon cannot be trusted to provide any service - take your money elsewhere.
