Very bad experience at the tasting room

点评：I am so disappointed in this experience. I love wineries and was so excited to see this tasting room in Jackson town square. We decided to go have a flight and learn about the wines. The person working, named Drew, hates their job and made that very clear. She told us she wants to move, bashed the town, told us nothing about the wines and seemed incredibly annoyed we were there. It wasn't until it was time to pay the bill that they offered their name and became friendly. I mean, they were friendly, but angry and we felt completley unwelcome & like we got ripped off, learned nothing about the wines. We paid for 2 flights but because we ordered the same ones, she combined them and clearly said it was to save them work. One wine we were completely shorted and they didn't open another bottle to fill the mini caraf. Overall, we left feeling so unwelcome and so disappointed. My husband said he felt obligated to tip, even though he wanted to leave nothing. He felt pressured because they were complaining so much we were sure how they would react if we didn't. If you hate your job, quit. This experience ruined our Jackson experience as a whole. We would have purchased many wines if we got the service that is expected at a tasting room. Instead, we were left to fend for ourselves and pay the bill. I hope this is corrected because we feel like we got ripped off. The wine was good, but it was a trashy experience.
