点评：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Transformative Experience
I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This experience at Sidemen Yoga Center (Anandinii Sanctuary) was exactly what I needed — even though I didn’t know it at the beginning.
We found this place almost by coincidence while staying nearby, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful and meaningful experiences of my time in Bali.
From the very first moment, everyone was incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. You can truly feel that this place has a big heart. The entire setting is so natural, peaceful and grounding — surrounded by nature, open air, and such calming energy.
The One-Day Mindfulness Retreat was deeply transformative. I learned so much about awareness, consciousness and being present. It wasn’t just yoga — it was a full journey inward. The Qigong, meditation, mantra chanting and sound healing were powerful and touching. There was even a beautiful surprise ritual with silver drops that felt very special and symbolic.
The vegan lunch we had next door was absolutely delicious — fresh, healthy and prepared with love.
And the massage… it was honestly the best massage I have had so far in Bali. So relaxing, so intuitive and deeply healing.
Everything felt authentic, heartfelt and intentional. You can tell that this is not just a business, but a place created with purpose and soul.
I am beyond grateful for this experience. If you are looking for something real, mindful and deeply nourishing — this is the place.

还有按摩……说实话，这绝对是我在巴厘岛体验过的最棒的按摩。如此放松，如此贴心，如此疗愈。
