点评：It’s critical that visitors know the pool at the main waterfall has very strong, unpredictable underwater currents. They’re not visible from the surface — the water can look calm and still pull a person toward the rock wall or the base of the falls within seconds. People have been fine in that pool moments before someone else, in the exact same spot, gets caught by the current.
There’s no clear signage or safety personnel on site. Please do NOT enter the main pool under any circumstances, no matter how calm the water looks or how strong a swimmer you are. Enjoy the view from the shore. The beauty of the place isn’t worth the risk. I witnessed a death here, it was awful! You can go, but not get in the main plunge pool of the waterfall.
Es fundamental que los visitantes sepan que la poza de la catarata principal tiene corrientes subacuáticas muy fuertes e impredecibles. No son visibles desde la superficie: el agua puede parecer tranquila y aun así arrastrar a una persona hacia la pared de roca o hacia la caída de agua en cuestión de segundos. Ha habido personas que han estado bien en esa poza minutos antes de que otra persona, en el mismo lugar, sea arrastrada por la corriente.
No hay señalización clara ni personal de seguridad en el sitio. Por favor, NO ingresen a la poza principal bajo ninguna circunstancia, sin importar cuán tranquila se vea el agua o cuánta experiencia nadando tengan. Disfruten la vista desde la orilla. La belleza del lugar no vale el riesgo. Yo presencié una muerte aquí, y fue horrible! Es bonito ir, pero por favor no se metan en la poza principal de la catarata!
