Nice circuit but shockingly poor organisation
F1 - Belgian Grand Prix的点评
点评：On the positive side, it is an amazing circuit situated in beautiful countryside. There was a useful fan zone and a number of catering facilities that were not unreasonably priced. The circuit also attracts genuine F1 die hards from all over the world. My 14 year old daughter was so excited to attend and in fairness the race itself was exciting and fun to watch.
However, on the downside,the signposting overall was awful and too small. Few of the stewards had any idea how to guide you to your particular stand which for us was Silver 5. The track is huge and after getting lost a few time due to poor guidanc from circuit staff, we finally managed to find our seats. The circuit saves up the absolute worst for you at the end. Try finding how to get out and in particular where the shuttle buses for the local railway station were parked. Non existent signage and non existent stewards forced us to seek help from anyone in a uniform. We walked around for two hours to no avail. This was a nightmare and my daughter was very upset which was not the perfect ending for what would otherwise have been a good race In the end, we never found the right shuttle bus but did find a very kind bus driver who helped us out at the end of his shift.
Whoever looks after the organisation of the general public at Spa needs to find a new day job. Terrible organisation and signposting which is sad given the beauty of the surrounding environment.
